More than 50 daycares in Brisbane have now been hit by a gastro outbreak.
Queensland Health says more than 200 kids are affected on the Southside alone.
Sr Kari Jarvinen QLD Health says some individual centres have 20-30 kids affected.
Parents are being told to keep a close eye on their kids with Dr Jarvinen detailing the tell tale signs your child could be affected.
These include, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea with cramping in the stomach.
The advice is to keep affected kids at home.
