Wife killer Gerard Baden-Clay to get NOTHING from Allison’s Life Insurance Payout

The Federal Court has ruled Allison Baden-Clay's daughters will receive her life insurance payout of more than $800,000 resulting from the Brisbane mum's murder.

During a brief hearing in Brisbane on Monday morning, it was determined Allison's father Geoff Dickie would be granted control of her policy payouts, the cash to be kept in a trust fund for the kids until they're adults.

In February, Dickie was made estate executor - stripping rights from Allison's killer, ex-husband Gerard Baden-Clay - the court ruling he had no right to her estate due to his conviction, despite being a beneficiary of her will.

The 46-year-old had tried to claim her insurance policies just weeks after her body was found in a creek bed in 2012. He was found guilty of murder in 2014 and was sentenced to life behind bars.
