Brisbane jeweller Xennox Diamonds is spreading the message of equal love, creating two beautiful marriage equality rings specifically designed to reflect equality and infinite love.
The 'equality' ring, features a black enamel equals sign set into the band, while the 'infinity' ring is engraved with an infinity symbol with two diamonds set into the band.
Xennox Diamonds' Managing Director Karl Schwantes said the collection is not just for members of the LGBTIQ community to purchase, but can be used as a show of support.
"Everybody should have the right to marry the person they love. We all have our different stories, but at the end of the day we all have the same sort of love and the same everyday struggles," he said.
They are available for the very reasonable price of $400 and $100 from every sale will be donated to the Marriage Equality Campaign Australia, to help with campaigns and education.
"It's not just awareness, they provide support to those people that feel marginalised and do need that help," Schwantes said.
"Helping a couple along that special journey to find that special symbol of their love for each other - for us it doesn't matter whether you're in a straight or same-sex relationship. Everyone should be able to have that special experience."
The rings were created as part of a competition being run by several small businesses in Brisbane supporting marriage equality, giving one lucky couple a $20,000 same sex marriage package.
The winner of that competition will be announced on Wednesday, after the Australian Bureau of Statistics announces the verdict of the recent same-sex marriage postal survey.
