Allison Baden-Clay's Family Head To Court To Block Gerard From Million-Dollar Estate

He's Sole Beneficiary On Her Will

Allison Baden-Clay's Family Head To Court To Block Gerard From Million-Dollar Estate

It's been 5 years since Allison Baden-Clay was brutally murdered by her husband and now her family are heading to the supreme court to block Gerard Baden-Clay from getting his hands on her estate.

Father Geoff Dickie has asked the court to block Gerard from obtaining, or receiving benefit from his wife's death, according to The Courier Mail.

Gerard is the sole beneficiary on her will, but signed a document behind bars in December renouncing any right to be executor.

Dickie has requested he become executor, so the $1 million estate, compiled mostly of superannuation and insurance policies, can go to the couple's three children.
