Crank up the air conditioning.
Reach for the ice blocks.
Adelaide's going to cop two scorching hot days of summer this week.
It starts today with a sweltering top of 36C.
But if you're expecting a bit of relief when the sun goes down, you can forget it.
Forecasters say we'll only get down to 25C tonight, ensuring there'll be plenty of "tossing and turning" between (or on top of) the sheets.
Tomorrow will bring a top of 38C with some wind sweeping in from the north.
That'll cool things down to 24C on Thursday and 26C on Friday.
With the heat comes the increased fire danger.
The CFS is warning grasslands across the state are now at their most flammable this fire danger season with bans in place on the West Coast and Eastern Eyre Peninsula today.
Whatever you do today, stay cool!
