It’ll be slow going on the South-Eastern Freeway over the next few days.
Work’s being done on the Heysen Tunnels from 6.00pm with two City-bound lanes blocked off til 1.00am.
Then from 8.00pm two Crafers-bound lanes will be re-routed til 1.00am.
Restrictions will be on and off until Saturday.
Wall cleaning and essential safety maintenance for electrical systems is happening including the ventilation, lighting, fire detection and emergency management systems.

City-bound traffic will be detoured via Eagle on the Hill from 7pm-8am Saturday
Crafers-bound traffic will be diverted into one lane from 10.00pm-8.00am Saturday
Speed restrictions will apply during the works so look out for signage and traffic management.
Motorists are asked to take extra care when workers are on site.
