It seems Adelaide is still the best place to be if you're a renter.
We're on track to retain the crown as Australia's most affordable place to live according to CoreLogic's Quarterly Rent Review.
On average, renters are paying $375 a week... well below the combined National average of $462/week.
This comes despite a number of landmark developments across the State likely to raise house prices.
The review also lists South Australia's most affordable Council areas, with Gawler topping the list.
West Torrens was next, followed by Charles Sturt, Holdfast Bay and Tea Tree Gully.
The Adelaide Hills is the most expensive spot.
Take a look:
Council Area Median Rent
WEST TORRENS $270
CHARLES STURT $277
HOLDFAST BAY $280
TEA TREE GULLY $281
ADELAIDE HILLS $472
