More than 17,000 homes are without power this morning thanks to lightning strikes during storms overnight.
That number's climbed from 9,000 properties since 5.30am.
Around 74 towers are out as far as Elliston in the West to Bordertown in the South.
Temperatures remained warm overnight with the mercury dropping to just 20C at 5.30am.
Today, we can expect some early showers before a sunny afternoon and a top of 25C.
Residents in the South have been hit hardest while a number of suburbs in the North are also affected.

SA Power Networks say some could be out for most of the day with re-connection likely around 4.30pm.
