1. Inner City Crossfit – West Perth

We've all seen the pics and vids on Instagram (think handstand push-ups) and thought to ourselves, 'yeah, not in this lifetime buddy!' But why not shock yourself back on track with your healthy lifestyle by starting out of the gate hard, and with classes designed both for beginners and experienced Crossfitters, they'll have the perfect class for you.

Just remember to walk carefully back to your car afterwards, and by walk, we mean stiff-leg waddle!

2. Renouf Personal Fitness – Padbury

Be prepared to work your butt off like never before but laugh through the pain with nothing but good vibes (we're talking impromptu Michael Jackson performances). Their try-this-if-you-dare class is definitely the brutal Saturday morning Spin Box at 7.40am, designed to get your heart pumping and muscles shaking until those donuts we talked about earlier run screaming from your thighs! Don't worry if you're new to fitness, they'll help you through until die in the corner like everyone else but you will leave absolutely hooked, with a grin on your face and feeling like a million bucks!

3. Green Zone Fitness – Warwick

Designed by Danny Green, their 12 Rounds Boxing Circuit will leave you in a puddle of sweat on the floor! This work out involves traditional boxing and kickboxing workouts, plus plenty of cardio and strength training. No classes are ever the same, so they keep your body continuously guessing until it can't possibly guess anymore and hey, you may bump into The Green Machine himself while you're there!

4. Next Gen – Kings Park

Gym to the stars ... or more so, gym to the Perthonalities ... Next Gen provides personal training and group classes for those needing an extra push in the gym. If you're wanting to kick a$$ both in the gym, and in life, when we recommend Les Mill's Body Combat class, inspired by disciplines such as karate, tai chi and muay thai. We have complete faith that it will turn you into a sculpted Greek god, capable of making your friends say uncle in no time! Say hey to Will & Woody for us if you see them!

5. Jungle Body

If you've been keeping an eye on our social media, you would have seen the bootcamp we held recently with Mel from Jungle Body and our very own, Taylor Itspenis!

Jungle Body is a hip hop dance class that has you moving the entire time ... we mean it ...
