This workout has a good mix of cardio, toning and plyometric moves to make sure you get maximum fitness gains in minimum time, so you can get back to working, or celebrating quick-smart.

All you need to do is spend 30 seconds on exercise number one, then take 15 seconds to rest before repeating the same exercise four times through.

Take a quick breather before moving on to exercise number two, where you’ll do the same thing: 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, four rounds through.
